A practice that is still adding the right people
Chrisalys Surgery is a trans-only, multidisciplinary gender-affirming practice. We recruit additional surgeons and staff when they raise the standard of care, not to put more names on a banner. If your training is genital reconstruction, FFS, voice, anesthesia, nursing, speech-language pathology, or the unglamorous labor of authorizations, we want to hear from you.
This is not a general plastics mill and not a startup that treats transition as a brand. The hours include paperwork, because Medi-Cal, LA Care, IEHP, and private plans do not authorize themselves. The tone in the rooms is calm. If you need a celebratory marketing culture, this will feel wrong.
