No. It raises the possible speaking pitch. Resonance, intonation, and speech patterns still come from therapy and practice. Patients who skip therapy often sound higher but not more at ease.
How long is voice rest after glottoplasty?
Expect a period of strict rest measured in days, then a graded return over weeks. Exact timing is set at your consult. Whispering and throat-clearing count as use.
