Dr. Toby G. Mayer, M.D., F.A.C.S.

With over 50 years of experience, Dr. Toby Mayer is a triple board-certified facial plastic surgeon specializing in facial feminization surgery (FFS) and facial rejuvenation. Based in Beverly Hills, he combines surgical expertise with an artistic eye to help patients look and feel more like themselves, naturally and confidently.

He is particularly known for transgender facial feminization, including Mayer Voice Feminization and thyroid cartilage shave, the Mayer Hair Flap, rhinoplasty and rhinoplasty revision, and face and neck lifts. All of that work sits in the same suite as Chrisalys chest, body, and genital care, so an FFS day and a voice date are one plan.

Dr. Mayer completed medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine, internship at Los Angeles County / USC Medical Center, otolaryngology, head and neck surgery residency at LAC+USC, and a fellowship with the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

He is a past Co-Chairman of the Division of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and past Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He served as a Major and Director of Aerospace Medicine in the United States Air Force. His practice is limited to cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
