No image without a signed authorization. No EXIF left on the file.
We do not publish patient photographs unless a signed HIPAA authorization under 45 CFR §164.508 is on file. That authorization is separate from surgical consent, names website use, and can be revoked in writing.
Camera files carry date, device, and often GPS. Generated and re-encoded images in our pipeline do not keep that metadata. Cropping is not de-identification. Tattoos, jewelry, and backgrounds are identifiers.
Gallery
This region is intentionally empty of images. There are no before-and-after figures to compare until signed authorizations are on file. Keyboard users will not find a lightbox here because there is nothing to operate.
