The approach
Most genital maps need a series. Starting after a date is already on the board is how dates move. We would rather begin electrolysis early and hold a later operative week than pretend a six-week sprint is clearance.
Laser reduction, if used, comes first. Electrolysis finishes. Skin must be quiet before surgery, so the last session is not the night before. See coordinating with your surgical date.
